Editing a blog post is nearly the same as editing a page. Simply browse to the post and click on the Edit tab. Make changes as necessary, click on the "Preview" button to see how they'll appear, and then click on "Save" when done. As with pages, blog posts have revision histories, so you can revert to an earlier version if you think it's better than the newer one.
