In 2006, Lisa Accardi earned a B.A in English Education at Brooklyn College.  Currently, she is attending graduate school at Brooklyn College and is studying  English (yet again) (she'd rather be studying literacy).  Lisa has taught 7th and 8th grade English Language Arts at Brooklyn Studio Secondary School for the past three years.

In her spare time, Lisa enjoys traveling and is currently preparing for her August adventure trip to Costa Rica and an end-of-summer bash in Las Vegas.

Lisa is an avid reader and her most cherished novels include:
