I am currently a graduate student at Brooklyn College studying Childhood Education, and graduated from Baruch College in 2005 with a BBA degree in Human Resource Management. I chose to pursue a career in education because I want to positively impact the lives of children and contribute positively to society. Teaching has many intrinsic rewards despite the fact that it does not pay as much as it should. I completed Student Teaching last fall and hope to graduate at the end of this year.
My interests are listening to music, and I hope to take guitar lessons, and learn a foreign language once I graduate college and have the time. I also enjoy watching documentaries, travelling, reading the New York Times, and reading about religion and politics.
